HCLTech is seeking a Technical Lead in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance for end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, and testing. The role involves working with clients to gather data, convert business logic to technical designs, and mentor junior analysts.

Ansvarsområden

  • End-to-end o9 solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirements sessions and document business processes leveraging industry best practices.
  • Collect and analyze historical sales, shipment, inventory, and logistics data.
  • Convert business logic to technical platform design, including platform infrastructure knowledge.
  • Develop functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and build complex datasets.
  • Configure the o9 platform as per design to solve supply chain problems and implement performance monitoring.
  • Analyze enterprise data using mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations.
  • Conduct data integration through ETL and create models for forecasts and operational plans.
  • Resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in customer environments.
  • Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, document issues, and track resolutions.
  • Design and implement a testing protocol with the goal of automating testing.
  • Ensure successful project planning and execution through collaboration with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver Super User and End User training.
  • Mentor junior analysts on technical and business aspects of projects.

Krav

  • End-to-end o9 solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing, and communication.
  • Ability to convert business logic to technical platform design, including platform infrastructure knowledge.
  • Proficiency in statistical and optimization tools and programming languages for data integration (ETL).
  • Experience creating models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans.
  • Ability to design and implement a testing protocol, with the goal of automating testing.
  • Experience with mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and data visualization for client management.
  • Experience working with clients to identify and collect data from various sources (databases, Excel, emails).
  • Experience documenting to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.
