HCLTech is looking for a Technical Lead in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to manage technology projects and provide technical guidance. This role involves defining and advocating for best practices, guiding team members, ensuring process compliance, and preparing status reports to mitigate risks.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions.
  • Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and productivity.
  • Ensure process compliance in assigned modules.
  • Participate in technical discussions and reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
  • Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

  • Technical guidance and solutions expertise.
  • Ability to define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards.
  • Experience in developing and guiding team members' technical capabilities and productivity.
  • Knowledge of process compliance.
  • Experience in technical discussions and reviews.
  • Proficiency in feasibility studies including technical alternatives, best packages, architecture best practices, technical risks, component breakdown, and estimations.
  • Skills in preparing and submitting status reports for risk mitigation.
