WeQuel is seeking a Technical Analyst in Finspång to join their client's Remote Diagnostic Center. The role involves using Python and sensor data to improve Gas & Steam Turbine diagnostics, prevent outages, and enhance reliability in the energy sector.

Ansvarsområden

  • Continuously improve current analytics and develop new solutions to detect failure modes.
  • Collaborate with Domain Experts (Vibration, Performance, Combustion & Controls) to assess fleet issues.
  • Develop analytics using internal tools and programming languages such as Python or block programming.
  • Support Diagnostic Engineers through advanced analytics.
  • Maintain and optimize existing analytics for continued effectiveness.

Krav

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics, control systems, data science, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); Swedish is preferred.
  • Experience working with large datasets and time series data, including analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Technical experience with Gas & Steam turbines; familiarity with the MGT fleet (SGT600-SGT800) is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Python and block programming; knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to master complex systems.
