ABB is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Cairo, Egypt, to support the industrial process automation sector, specifically Water & Wastewater, Power & Green Hydrogen. This hybrid role requires 5-8 years of technical experience, including 3+ years in relevant sectors, and focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service contracts, and identifying sales opportunities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assist with customers’ technical requests and engage with colleagues to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage service contracts deliverables, on time delivery, customers’ requirements, and financial KPIs.
  • Track performance metrics and communicate progress to internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Support customers proactively by anticipating needs and leveraging account familiarity.
  • Ensure plant fleet under service agreements receives evolution plans and life cycle reports.
  • Measure, report, and present the value of delivered services to key customer stakeholders.
  • Identify service and system sales opportunities to expand ABB’s value and grow service contracts.

Krav

  • Minimum 5–8 years in technical support, operations, field service, or technical account management.
  • 3+ years in water treatment, power generation, utilities, or infrastructure sectors (Must-have).
  • 2+ years in service/account management or customer support roles.
  • Experience with asset maintenance, reliability management, or condition monitoring.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (required).
  • Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Experience in industrial Process Automation is a Must-have.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with renewable energy or sustainability initiatives (preferred).
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering (acceptable if compensated by experience).
  • Training or certification in power generation, water treatment, or renewable energy (preferred).
  • Intermediate level in French is preferred for Francophone Africa customer interactions.
