  • Connect with (inter)national stakeholders to secure Visual Merchandising agenda and goals.
  • Translate the store's business plan into specific action plans for your department.
  • Spot and act quickly upon commercial opportunities.
  • Create an outstanding customer experience.

  • Passionate about home furnishing, retail design, trends, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team of visual merchandise co-workers.
  • Act as a team player and collaborate with colleagues from different functions.
  • See challenges as opportunities and dare to make decisions in a fast-changing retail environment.
  • Driven to improve ways of working and develop business and people.
  • Design-based education or similar work experience in leading creative processes.
