Ansvarsområden

  • Manages a team of 20 to 25 ML Data Associates.
  • Executes plans for team tasks related to multiple ML workflows.
  • Ensures ML data workflows are quality compliant, analyzes ML data and SIM issues, and highlights trends.
  • Identifies risks and ensures escalations reach the right people.
  • Responsible for SLAs and task completion targets.
  • Works with internal/external teams to execute business goals.
  • Uses data to set operational goals and manage activities.
  • Manages escalations, analyzes data, highlights trends, and reports key metrics.
  • Presents data in business meetings/reviews.
  • Designs and implements process improvement projects.
  • Participates in new workflow roll-out projects.
  • Coaches direct reports on leadership principles.
  • Assigns challenging work to employees for development.
  • Provides team guidance on work types and prioritization.
  • Devises and implements performance improvement plans for associates.
  • Provides regular coaching and feedback to direct reports.
  • Manages team performance based on metrics and deliverables.
  • Makes decisions on hiring and firing.
  • Holds team members accountable for performance and adherence to guidelines.
  • Leads annotation efforts in India and partners with the Operations Manager.
  • Becomes an expert in annotation processes, trains and supports the team.
  • Maintains accuracy and throughput standards.
  • Connects with stakeholders to understand annotation requirements and trains associates.
  • Conducts close-loop sessions with research team members to understand ML model KPIs and propose scalable solutions.

Krav

  • BE, BSC candidates, B tech - Mtech, Msc , IT, ECE, ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING.
  • Industry experience of 5 to 7 years with at least 1 to 2 years in a team lead/people management role.
  • A graduate in any field of study (Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
