Ansvarsområden
- Led a team of around 15 people responsible for sourcing spare parts for customers.
- Oversee the supply chain from supplier to customer.
- Balance availability, lead times, cost, and service level.
- Set priorities and support day-to-day operations.
- Develop the team through coaching and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization to improve performance and meet customer needs.
Krav
- Education in logistics, supply chain, or related field, plus relevant experience.
- Experience leading people, including personnel responsibility.
- Experience in supply-chain management and Lean Six Sigma.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English.
