We are seeking a Team Manager in Jiang Yin City for a full-time, on-site position. The role involves overseeing production processes, managing inventory and documentation, and leading a team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years in production/manufacturing, is required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure Kanban system runs well to meet demand with good quality.
  • Utilize ALPS tools for effective management and execution.
  • Understand all production processes, products, and documentation.
  • Manage inventory, including daily reviews and stocktaking.
  • Control documents, including process, technical, and template tables.
  • Implement and manage improvement tools like 5S, TPM, PRP, and SOP.
  • Lead and develop the team through behavior development and performance appraisal.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze production data.

Krav

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Leadership and management skills.
  • Over 3 years of experience from a production/manufacturing company.
  • Experience with improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Certified GB is a plus.
