Atlas Copco Korea seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader in Busan to manage warehouse operations and domestic distribution. This role requires over 10 years of experience, proficiency in SAP, and a strong understanding of logistics principles to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize operations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee and strategically manage warehouse operations and domestic distribution.
  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy by aligning physical stock with SAP system data.
  • Establish and monitor First-In, First-Out (FIFO) processes.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
  • Supervise domestic delivery operations and optimize logistics expenditures.
  • Direct daily floor operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Build an engaging work environment through active listening and transparent communication.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with production, procurement, sales, and customer service.
  • Align logistics strategy with overall business objectives and corporate KPIs.
  • Transform complex SAP data into clear, analytical reports for executive decision-making.

Krav

  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations and domestic distribution management.
  • Proven track record as an effective Team Leader or Supervisor within a logistics environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional optimization projects within manufacturing or large-scale distribution industries.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of core logistics fundamentals (FIFO, safety stock management, distribution networks).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to draft high-quality business reports.
  • Hands-on, proficient experience utilizing SAP for inventory control and logistics modules.
  • Proven success in warehouse process innovation, such as layout re-design or SAP system upgrades.
  • Proficient in English with the ability to conduct business conversations and communicate effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills for participating in global meetings, writing official reports, or collaborating with regional headquarters.
