Emerson is seeking a Team Leader, Quote to Book to manage a Customer Care Team supporting Isolation Valves for the Australia and New Zealand region. This hybrid role in Mandaluyong, Philippines, focuses on driving performance, developing team members, and improving service levels and efficiency to achieve key business metrics.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage teams and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively communicate critical updates impacting the business to various stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and ad hoc tasks for strategic business priorities.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely addressing of customer requests and concerns.
  • Develop individual contributors to maximize their talents and explore career opportunities within Emerson.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities to increase engagement and drive morale.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related or Engineering-related field.
  • At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
