Lead a small, high-performing analytics team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Power BI solutions. This role combines hands-on development, people leadership, and stakeholder management to drive informed decision-making and business value.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Power BI developers and analysts.
- Plan and prioritize team workload to meet delivery milestones.
- Ensure high quality, maintainable, and well-documented Power BI reports and data models.
- Design and implement scalable Power BI solutions including data modeling, DAX, visualization, and performance optimization.
- Define and maintain standards, templates, and reusable components for report development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Implement and enforce BI governance practices, including workspace organization, version control, and access management.
- Support automation of deployment pipelines and testing.
- Monitor report performance and usage metrics, driving optimization.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 7+ years’ experience building Power BI solutions.
- 1–2 years in a leading role or with responsibility for mentoring colleagues.
- Proven experience working with SQL and data modeling in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M).
- Experience with data warehouses, star schema design, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Azure data services (ADF, Synapse) or other cloud data platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of report performance tuning, incremental refresh, and security roles.
- Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- English proficiency required.
