Ansvarsområden

  • Defining, building, and executing transportation processes from FC to customers via the Sort Center network.
  • Hiring, training, and developing a motivated workforce for SC teams to meet operational requirements, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Continuously improving the SC process and achieving sustained performance standards.
  • Initiating improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Analyzing data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Implementing formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
