Ansvarsområden

Define, build, and execute transportation processes from fulfillment centers to customers, utilizing the Sort Center network.
Hire, train, and build a motivated workforce for Sort Center teams to meet operational requirements, quality, and productivity standards.
Continuously improve Sort Center processes to attain sustained performance standards.
Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
Implement formal process control and improvement mechanisms like Kaizen.

Krav

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience with Excel.
