Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for its Quick Commerce Fulfillment Center operations in Luhari, Haryana. This role involves planning and executing the launch of a Produce Hub, managing daily end-to-end operations including inbound, outbound, and ICQA, and ensuring performance, quality, cost, safety, and morale targets are met. A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan and execute the launch of a Produce Hub.
  • Ramp up the site to necessary processing capacity.
  • Single-handedly manage daily end-to-end operations for a 3P operated Produce Hub.
  • Oversee inbound, outbound, and ICQA operations.
  • Meet Amazon's performance & quality metrics.
  • Maintain cost targets for the site.
  • Uphold safety and morale of the 3P team.
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and partner experience.
  • Conduct 4M, 5S, and inventory audits for the Hub daily.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
  • Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter.
  • Good people management skills.
