Ansvarsområden

  • Implement and enhance monitoring systems using integrated command center and event monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Lead and mentor the project team, communicating project goals and driving accountability.
  • Drive innovation in process development using insights from technical operations center and IT support monitoring.
  • Provide tailored solutions aligning with customer needs and operational capabilities.

Krav

  • Strong understanding of monitoring and event monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in integrated command center monitoring and technical operations center processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and SLA management.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team mentoring and project management.
  • Familiarity with operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt, or relevant monitoring and event management certifications.
