As a Team Lead for Lending Origination in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFS), you will oversee the efficiency and accuracy of banking transactions in Hyderabad. Your role involves guiding team members, fostering skill development, and ensuring adherence to processes and compliance standards, including UK banking regulations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee adherence to attendance, login hours, and unscheduled leave through regular updates and reviews.
  • Implement strategies for team member retention through engagement and motivation initiatives.
  • Foster skill development through self-improvement opportunities and training sessions.
  • Manage, motivate, and engage team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Ensure team deliverables and service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Participate in calibration audits, providing feedback to enhance team performance and compliance.
  • Handle and validate lending applications by reviewing identification and application verification documents.
  • Set up loan facilities, establish accounts, and oversee the release of drawdowns while resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of data captured in banking systems.
  • Identify business data requirements to generate insights and support analytical initiatives, adhering to UK banking regulatory standards.

Krav

  • Strong understanding of Lending Origination processes and Banking Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Banking Regulatory Requirements specific to the UK.
  • Familiarity with Data Management and Quality Assurance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in team management and motivation techniques.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System), Consumer Lending Certification (CCBL), Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) Certification.
