Amazon is looking for a Team Lead for its transportation team in Noida, India, to manage shift operations at delivery centers, support the DC manager, and drive operational plans. The role requires strong execution skills, customer focus, and analytical abilities to ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations and continuous process improvement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work with the Center Manager to ensure smooth function of Amazon transportation operations.
  • Execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
  • Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team for peak time delivery management.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain sustained delivery performance improvement.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization.
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
  • Resourceful to identify ways to get things done using limited resources.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for the team in evolving situations.
  • Ability to work in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment that fosters high ownership and quick decision-making.
