- Define, build, and execute transportation processes from FC to customers.
- Leverage the Sort Center network.
- Hire, train, and build a motivated workforce for SC teams.
- Coordinate with Finance, CS, FC, and Projects teams on SC operations.
- Continuously improve SC processes and attain sustained performance standards.
- Initiate improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms like Kaizen.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with Excel.
