Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for its Inbound operations in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on managing a team, ensuring safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have direct management experience and a background in process improvement within a logistics or warehouse environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet building objectives.
  • Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor, ensuring an efficient shift.
  • Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
  • Work with Ops manager to identify improvement projects for the sites and drive projects.
  • Responsible for continual improvement, Process excellence and Standardization at site.
  • Direct management of employees and their performance.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
