In this hybrid role, you will manage accounting activities for the General Accounting team, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. You will oversee financial statement preparation, manage ICoFR compliance, and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Ansvarsområden

Manage complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting activities for the assigned area.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Oversee, review, and/or support the month-end close process, including account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements for regulatory filings.
Manage Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance.
Analyze accounts, identify discrepancies, and act as an escalation contact for accounting questions.
Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Manage the team and delivery.

Krav

Sound technical knowledge of US GAAP, SAP FICO module, HFM (Oracle), MS office and SAP GR/MR.
Demonstrated experience managing teams.
Qualified B.com or M.com from a reputed college. Semi qualified CA, or CA.
Demonstrated experience in finance transformation programs such as SAP implementation.
