Amazon is hiring a Team Lead for its transportation team in Delhi. This role involves managing shift operations at delivery stations, supporting the DC manager, and driving the operational plan. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Working with the Center manager to ensure smooth function of the Amazon transportation operations in Delhi
  • Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
  • Ensuring enough bandwidth in the delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management
  • Continuously improving the delivery process and attaining a sustained level of delivery performance improvement

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
