Ansvarsområden
- Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts and Data & Analytics Analysts.
- Coordinate embedded Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Accounting, Tax, Funding, and Syndication.
- Act as the trusted partner to VFS North America Truck channel leadership, Regional Sales Directors, and brand-finance teams.
- Own the reporting and review cadence, producing management reports and leading performance reviews.
- Translate performance into insights and agreed actions at channel, region, and dealer levels.
- Lead the annual planning cycle, translating strategy into financial plans and targets.
- Cascade strategy into action plans at every level of the channel.
- Support risk-based pricing and deal profitability with margin discipline.
- Operate a single intake process for channel priorities and manage project delivery.
- Drive the transformation portfolio, including data platform, automation, self-service, and AI initiatives.
- Direct the digital layer, partnering to build a governed single source of truth and self-service dashboards.
- Champion a tool-first, teaching-led model for insight dissemination.
- Monitor the credit portfolio health, pricing, delinquency, losses, and operational controls.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years in FP&A, business control, commercial or captive finance, accounting, or finance analytics.
- Strong skills in analysis, forecasting, modeling, and storytelling.
- Comfort working across large, imperfect data sets.
- Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks / SQL).
- A track record of turning data into insight and influencing business decisions.
- Experience coordinating, mentoring, or leading others.
- Ambition to grow into a people-leadership role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Presence to partner with senior commercial leaders.
- Ability to present to senior management.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of the truck, transportation, equipment-finance or automotive industry.
- Experience in captive finance, banking, leasing or a related lending business.
- Understanding of lending economics (credit risk, pricing and spread, portfolio, floorplan / wholesale, remarketing and residuals, funding and syndication).
- Experience with pricing, deal desk, credit committee, or incentive and dealer programs.
- Familiarity with key risk indicators, risk and control frameworks, and governance routines.
- Automation and advanced-analytics skills (SQL, Python, Power Automate).
