Amazon is looking for a Team Lead to manage daily operations at Delivery Centers, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient delivery processes. The role requires strong execution skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work with the Center manager to ensure smooth functioning of the operations.
  • Execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
  • Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team for peak time delivery management.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain sustained delivery performance improvement.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter
  • Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for the team in evolving situations
  • Ability to work in a customer-obsessed, fast-paced environment that fosters high ownership and quick decision-making
  • Analytical Skills: Effectively analyses and interprets information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.
