Amazon is looking for a Team Lead for their AMZL transportation team in Kolkata. This role involves managing daily shift operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost targets, and team safety, while also driving performance improvements and conducting audits.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage end-to-end operations for delivery stations.
  • Execute inbound and outbound operations.
  • Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety.
  • Drive performance management of team members.
  • Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain sustained performance improvement.
  • Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station daily.
  • Stand-in for Area Manager.
  • Manage day and night shifts.
  • Focus on high bias for action in station operations.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a good delivery experience.
  • Manage large numbers of associates.

Krav

  • A graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented, go-getter.
  • Resourceful to identify ways to get things done using limited resources.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and come out with solutions.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Comfortable with reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree.
