Ansvarsområden

  • Work with the center manager to ensure smooth function of Amazon transportation operations.
  • Execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
  • Ensure enough bandwidth in facility and delivery teams for peak time delivery management.
  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain sustained delivery performance improvement with proper planning for associates.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree.
