Ansvarsområden

  • Define, build, and execute transportation processes from FC to customers using the Last Mile network.
  • Hire, train, and build a motivated workforce for LM teams to meet operational requirements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance, CS, FC, and Projects teams on LM operations matters.
  • Continuously improve LM processes and attain sustained performance standards.
  • Initiate improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance.
  • Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms like Kaizen.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
