The Tax Analyst position at ABB is responsible for overseas direct tax compliances, including accurate tax accounting, compliance, and reporting. Key duties involve preparing and filing tax returns, managing tax GL accounts, and supporting audits.

Ansvarsområden

Prepare and file WHT, FBT & CIT tax returns and execute tax payments.
Ensure tax filings comply with current laws and assist with audits.
Assist with quarterly/year-end tax provisions under IFRS or US GAAP using Longview.
Evaluate financial records, prepare tax reconciliation reports, and clear tax GL accounts.
Ensure accurate computation, correction, and maintenance of tax liabilities.
Support standardization and improvement of transactional tax processes.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and work instructions.
Resolve functional tax issues related to domestic and overseas jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with ABB tax governance and compliance frameworks.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance (B.Com) or Master in Commerce (M.Com).
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Income Tax returns, TDS compliance, and Tax audits.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Professional or semi-qualified credentials such as CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Inter / MBA (Finance) are preferred.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Experience with Longview/T2 Tool is preferred.
Exposure to overseas / international tax is an added advantage.
