Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and fulfillment of semiconductor and engineering hiring requirements, ensuring quality, speed, stakeholder satisfaction, and recruitment compliance. Drives hiring for ASIC, FPGA, Embedded Systems, and related skills, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building talent pipelines.

Ansvarsområden

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Semiconductor and VLSI positions.
Drive hiring for ASIC, FPGA, DFT, Physical Design, Verification, Embedded, Firmware and related skills.
Partner with hiring managers and ensure SLA adherence.
Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and talent mapping.
Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation and joining conversion.
Ensure ATS compliance and recruitment reporting.

Krav

8-12 years of experience in Semiconductor / Silicon / VLSI Hiring.
Expertise in ASIC Design, SoC Design, RTL Design, Physical Design, DFT, STA, FPGA, Analog Mixed Signal, Embedded Systems, Firmware, Device Drivers, Silicon Validation and Automotive Semiconductor.
