Sandvik is looking for a Systems Analyst - WMS to serve as the system owner and superuser for the Blue Yonder WMS at their Chicago hub. This role involves ensuring system stability, optimization, and continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence and collaborating with various teams for system enhancements and integrations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate all IT related changes from relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as the sole system owner and subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve system issues.
  • Continuously optimize WMS configurations, workflows, and system parameters.
  • Support the full lifecycle of system changes, including requirements gathering, testing, user training, and deployment.
  • Partner with global project teams and system experts to implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to integrate new technologies and system enhancements.
  • Ensure effective synchronization between Blue Yonder WMS and upstream/downstream systems (SAP ERP, TMS, Custom Zone).
  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize system support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to warehouse personnel.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 Years of experience in IT or systems-driven supply chain roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and statistical reasoning capabilities.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Blue Yonder or Oracle).
  • Experience in logistics or Supply Chain modules.
  • Understanding of ERP–TMS–WMS integration environments.
  • Experience with data automation tools (Power BI or similar).
