As a System Engineer for Product Sustainment at Saab Surveillance, Avionics, you will analyze, investigate, and solve technical problems for products in customer operation. Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze, investigate, and solve technical problems on products in customer operation.
  • Lead and conduct technical investigations to identify root causes.
  • Ensure products remain operational, supportable, and deliverable.
  • Collaborate closely with product departments, production, quality, and customer support.
  • Contribute to product quality, deliverability, and customer satisfaction through analyses.

Krav

  • University or civil engineering degree in electronics, embedded systems software, or equivalent work experience.
  • Interest in technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and systems thinking.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple functions, bridging technology and operations.
  • Analytical, structured, and driven personality.
  • Proactive approach and ability to take responsibility.
  • Fluent communication in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Experience from the aviation, defense industry, or other regulated operations is a merit.
  • Must undergo and pass security screening.
