Qualcomm is looking for a System Level Test Engineer to join their System Level Test group in Singapore. This role involves characterizing system performance for Snapdragon products, working on IC design reviews, hardware testing, and collaborating with software teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Ansvarsområden
- Characterize system performance for Qualcomm’s leading-edge Snapdragon products.
- Work with engineering teams from early-stage silicon bring-up to post-silicon validation efforts.
- Collaborate with software teams to evaluate integrated system performance.
- Test and characterize hardware/software interactions.
- Evaluate device performance across various operating conditions (voltage, process and thermal).
- Work with production test teams to develop effective production screens for system level issues.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Module / System in Package (SiP) / Board product testing in New Product Introduction (NPI) or High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
- Experience using electrical and system-level measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, wireless network simulators.
- Experience or familiarity with characterizing high speed interfaces (HDMI, WiFi, PCIE, SATA, HSUSB).
- Experience or familiarity with CMOS digital and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs.
- Experience in C#, .NET Framework, C/C++, Perl/Python is a plus.
- Working knowledge of system level performance benchmarks and stress tests (e.g. like Dhrystone, AnTuTu, Monkey Test).
- Hands-on experience on module testing, PCB-level debugs, SMT-related issues.
- Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics and layout files.
- Experience using source control systems such as Perforce, GIT, or equivalent tools.
- Self-driven to quickly get up to speed on various aspects of test developments.
- Flexible to take up tasks as per the project needs.
- Demonstrated ability to independently ramp up on test development and validation activities.
- Strong learning agility with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional engineering environment.
