The role also involves working with development teams on software projects, system design, and process automation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues.
  • Develop monitoring solutions.
  • Perform software maintenance and configuration.
  • Implement fixes for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, JAVA, Python).
  • Perform SQL queries, updating, tracking, and resolving technical challenges.
  • Build and develop tools to automate daily operational activities.
  • Leverage generative AI (GenAI) tools and large language model (LLM)-based assistants.
  • Work alongside development teams on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects.
  • Update and enhance current software.
  • Design of systems.
  • Automate support processes and document systems.

Krav

  • Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
