I korthet

The System Analyst will be responsible for the technical coordination of Microsoft NAV/BC/D365, CRM, and other cloud solutions for IKEA stores across the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and Oman. This role involves system upgrades, data migration, process improvement, and ongoing support, requiring expertise in ERP systems and SQL database administration.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate upgrade and data migration from legacy systems to modern ERP, ensuring quality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop and customize applications to meet business needs.
  • Ensure on-time, quality, and cost-effective delivery of functional MS NAV/BC/D365 & Cloud projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve system efficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement process changes to optimize functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues.
  • Administer SQL databases for continuous performance tuning.

Krav

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and/or NAV/Business Central implementation.
  • Proficient in SQL database administration and programming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability in API integrations and testing.
  • Solid understanding of cloud operations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, system design & development, and implementation of ERP within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and/or NAV/Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with API integrations and testing.
  • Desirable knowledge in payment gateway integration.
  • Sound knowledge of SQL DB administration and programming.
  • Basic cloud operations knowledge (AWS or Azure).
