Securitech ASSA ABLOY is hiring a Sustaining Engineer to focus on product design, development, and cost-effective production. This role requires experience in Mechanical Engineering with proficiency in Solidworks, MS Office, PDM, and ERP systems, emphasizing strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop design improvements that reduce cost and/or improve performance
  • Populate and release Engineering Change Notices
  • Prepare and populate product BOM in ERP system
  • Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs
  • Willingness to work all projects to closure and make the team successful no matter what it takes
  • Aptitude for creative approaches to efficiency gains in engineering support
  • Ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
  • Travel up to 15%

Krav

  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Solidworks, MS Office, PDM and ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve engineering challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent teamwork skills
