IKEA is seeking a Part-time Sustainability Specialist in Afragola, Italy to integrate and implement sustainability strategies. This role involves collaborating with management and stakeholders, communicating sustainability goals, and acting as an ambassador for sustainable living within the store and local community.

Ansvarsområden

Integrate Sustainability into the store Action Plan in cooperation with management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective engagement.
Lead processes for aligning the sustainability strategy with the store's corporate agenda.
Communicate the strategy and goals internally and externally, acting as a sustainability ambassador.
Ensure the store Action Plan is implemented and checked through the Sustainability Functional Review.
Act as a reference person for co-workers on sustainability matters, contributing to training.
Work with national and local strategic partners and charitable organizations for shared campaigns.
Provide sustainability-related content for communication, focusing on local initiatives.
Provide inspiring direction for store colleagues on growing IKEA sustainably and socially responsibly.

Krav

Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, culture, values, and vision.
Demonstrated experience in communication and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Strong interest in sustainability issues.
In-depth knowledge of project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
Ability to engage receivers and create passion for plans.
Ability to create a strong network of internal and external partners.
Ability to recognize the link between environmental sustainability and the commercial agenda.
Commitment to creating a more sustainable way of living.
Excellent level of Italian.
Good level of English (B2).
Self-reliant and motivated.
Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
