- Development of scripts/programs to increase system efficiency and remediate issues
Krav
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
- Basic hardware knowledge (compatibility between computer components)
- Linux and Windows OS
- Python or Perl experience
- Basic software and hardware troubleshooting skills

- Familiarity with systems administration
- Some understanding of computer networks
- Some understanding of automation and IT systems design
