Arla Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Sustainability Manager in Viby J, Denmark, to drive their sustainability transformation. This role focuses on business development, performance improvement, and managing sustainability programs and CAPEX portfolios, with key areas including energy, carbon, food waste, and water.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead sustainability business development initiatives across Energy, Carbon, Food Waste, and Water.
  • Develop activities to support the overall sustainability agenda and translate strategic priorities into business opportunities.
  • Strengthen the performance improvement agenda through insights, data, governance, and IT collaboration for a digital roadmap.
  • Own and develop the sustainability program portfolio, building new programs and rolling them out across sites and markets.
  • Drive and coordinate the Sustainability CAPEX portfolio, ensuring governance, cash flow overview, tracking, approvals, and planning towards 2030 targets.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure coordination, assess initiative impact, and translate sustainability priorities into business actions.
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner, build strong relationships, and foster engagement and motivation at different levels.

Krav

  • Experience from Supply Chain, Business Development, Project or Program Management, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Ability to understand operational realities and translate them into clear priorities.
  • Strategic mindset and strong project leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive progress in a complex and sometimes uncertain environment.
  • Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to align different perspectives.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and able to take ownership.
  • Ability to push forward relevant topics constructively.
  • Fluent communication in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Sustainability experience is an advantage.
  • Holding a relevant master’s degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
  • Curiosity about how sustainability can strengthen business performance across Supply Chain.
