As a Supply Chain Planner, you will ensure materials are available on time by driving efficient procurement and Just-in-Time inventory management. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/SCM, 3 years of supply chain experience, and fluency in English, with proficiency in ERP systems like BPCS and MS Office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to the SCM leadership project ‘Lead 2 Lean’ with targets for delivery, cost, and stock management.
  • Implement new Internal Level Meetings and critical supplier escalation processes.
  • Improve FTR-Material and reduce throughput time as part of the 'World Class' SCM competence project.
  • Procure material in a Just-in-Time flow, ensuring zero production loss due to missing materials.
  • Manage supplier interactions, including PO transactions, workload monitoring, and chasing parts.
  • Perform IT transactions with accuracy to allow inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage escalations.
  • Coordinate Internal Level Meetings and list critical suppliers.
  • Manage inventory levels to maintain optimum stock without stock-outs, controlling non-moving and obsolete items.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and variance analysis.
  • Manage transport to ensure materials arrive on time and at the cheapest cost.
  • Coordinate with transporters for milk run supplies and manage sea/air/road transport with forwarders.
  • Optimize transport routings and track milk run transport records.
  • Coordinate return logistics of trolleys, skids, and containers.
  • Respect IMS principles and AC Guidelines, fulfilling mandatory, legal, and internal requirements.
  • Perform hazard identification and risk assessment for assembly lines and supply chain.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering/SCM.
  • 3 years in Supply Chain with a proven track record.
  • Exposure to an international business environment and large company operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Use of IT tools such as ERP (BPCS), MES, MS Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint.

  • Demonstrates unquestionable business ethics when working with suppliers and adheres to the “Business Code of Practice”.
  • Available for occasional travel to suppliers.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
