Atlas Copco is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Shanghai, China to lead sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships, and develop their team. This role involves ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and collaboration across departments to meet project objectives and customer needs.

Ansvarsområden

Transform division strategy into a clear action plan for the sourcing department.
Take full responsibility for all supply chain activities including supplier agreements.
Manage sourcing resources efficiently to realize set objectives.
Develop team knowledge and competence in finding and developing suitable suppliers and processes.
Guide the sourcing team in project and team working with internal functions and suppliers to meet project requirements (cost, time, logistics, quality).
Interact with other Atlas Copco China Supply Chain activities and network.
Ensure compliance of suppliers and own department with the “Atlas Copco Business Code of Practice”.
Manage forwarders and brokers, and drive continuous improvement to satisfy domestic and global customers.
Ensure high quality of suppliers.
Develop and improve the transparency of purchasing processes by introducing and applying best practices and compliant processes.
Be an active part of the management team and contribute to the overall development of the company.
