We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for the Relay Operations Center (ROC) to solve real-time disruptions in transportation networks. The candidate will identify disruption patterns, work with cross-functional teams to create automated solutions, and manage complex problems and risks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement, with 2+ years in supply chain, and proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Ansvarsområden

Identify improvement opportunities and gaps in existing processes and work with key stakeholders to execute/resolve them.
Define goals, design long-term strategy, and help define vision.
Ensure customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data-driven, and work quality is measurable.
Use expertise and judgment to determine the right stakeholders for informed decisions.
Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Manage complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations, and mitigate long-term risks.

Krav

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
2+ years of supply chain experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
