We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the procurement of supplies, ensuring their availability to meet demand. This role involves implementing management systems, coordinating cross-departmental efforts, and developing analytics capabilities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of supplies.
  • Ensure supplies are available when needed to meet changing levels of demand.
  • Implement ISO, AEO, ASME, PV management systems in the factory.
  • Coordinate across departments, manage project delivery, risks, and changes for efficient execution of customer-specific orders under the ETO business model.
  • Establish supply requirements through analytical and planning skills.
  • Review forecasts with suppliers and material schedules with the production management team.
  • Establish inventory classifications (ABC) and corresponding standardized supply schedules.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, establishing metrics for quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with supply chain members to improve efficiency or reduce cost.
  • Utilize ERP system for all activities to provide visibility.
  • Build relationships within the factory, global business unit, and product group.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with sales companies and customers.
  • Develop analytics, systems, and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.
  • Direct hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.
  • Assess material handling equipment needs and staffing levels.
  • Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new regulations or laws (sustainability).

Krav

  • Understanding of accounting and finance related to purchasing materials and inventory control.
  • Ability to read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
  • Ability to diagram supply chain processes to facilitate improvements and develop standard operating procedures.
  • Working knowledge of ERP system.
  • Good communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to perform accurate arithmetic computations using applications such as spreadsheet, word processing, email, and database software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a management responsibility.
  • Solid English ability and comfortable working globally in written and oral English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with ETO business model.
  • Experience with ISO, AEO, ASME, PV management systems.
  • Familiarity with Pymetrics assessments.
