Nous recherchons un L3 Associate proactif, soucieux du détail et axé sur l'exécution pour gérer la gestion des lancements et la préparation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, y compris la prévision, les licences, le déploiement CAPS et la planification opérationnelle. Ansvarsområden

Own and drive end-to-end launch management and supply chain readiness across key workstreams (forecasting, licensing, CAPS deployment, operational planning).
Coordinate launch activities from initial planning through execution and post-launch stabilization.
Ensure alignment across business, supply chain, planning, licensing, and operations teams.
Drive demand forecasting inputs, track supply and inventory requirements, coordinate licensing activities and approvals, and manage CAPS deployment.
Maintain accurate launch plans, monitor critical milestones and dependencies.
Identify potential supply or execution risks and proactively drive resolutions.
Manage multiple parallel workstreams and stakeholders.
Establish robust tracking mechanisms and provide timely visibility into launch progress and risks.
Improve process adherence, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, deployment efficiency, and overall supply chain readiness.
Ensure seamless launch execution, accurate forecasting, timely licensing readiness, successful CAPS deployment, and uninterrupted supply chain operations.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Excel
2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience

Relevant experience in supply chain operations, project coordination, launch management, deployment, or process implementation.
Strong program coordination, planning, and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or project tracking tools is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive closure on deliverables with minimal supervision.
