As a performance-driven leader, you will be central to inbound and outbound operations, leading a team to optimize stock, quality, and processes. This role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in people leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience in fast-changing retail environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure efficient processes and support operations in inventory, capacity, WMS, logistics, quality, and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external supply chain partners for supply, stock, and forecasting.
  • Apply LEAN expertise to review and improve operations, eliminate waste, and embed sustainable working practices.
  • Develop handling and storage capacity plans based on forecasts to anticipate business needs and support growth.
  • Maintain accuracy, availability, and range management of stock, optimizing picking and storage efficiency.
  • Champion quality standards across all flows, ensuring adherence to expected standards.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the Integration team by setting clear expectations and providing feedback.

Krav

  • University degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a people leadership or management role with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and engage others through change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand budgets, costs, and KPIs.
  • Experience working through others, setting priorities, delegating, and providing feedback.
  • Experience applying tactical and operational thinking in a fast-changing omnichannel retail environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Comprehensive knowledge of KPIs, forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, and process optimisation.
  • Adaptable leader who builds strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to balance strategic, tactical, and operational thinking.

Förmåner

  • Permanent, full-time contract (76 hours per fortnight).
