Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is essential

Experience in Oracle or similar ERP & MRP

College degree in business, engineering, analytics or similar

3-4 years’ experience in supply chain/planning function in a manufacturing environment 

Tasks

Support Buyer/Planner activities

Collect, cleanse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and create management dashboards.

Maintain master data in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) 

Planning tools to redefine planning parameters (PFEP)

Buyer/Planner & Production planning metrics 

               Supplier OTD 

               Past Due POs

               Suppliers promise date updates

               Supplier PPM quality

               Flag and escalate supplier overall performance

Leadtime regular review

Supplier communications regarding LT, MOQ 

Kanban Process – redefine process and requirements and assist in implementation

Data uploads as needed
