In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with global Trade Compliance and Operations teams to support adherence to international trade regulations
- Prepare, validate, and maintain documentation required for global trade compliance and shipment processing
- Contribute to audit readiness activities and support compliance monitoring efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve trade-related challenges effectively
- Develop certification documentation for approval by global trade leadership
- Engage with suppliers to assess eligibility and compliance with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirements
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel
- Deliver accurate and timely supply chain reports with a focus on on-time delivery and error-free outputs
- Analyze sourcing, purchasing, and supplier performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Generate insights on key metrics such as on-time delivery, defects per million, spend, lead time, and cost savings
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems and reporting platforms
- Build data models and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Integrate data from enterprise systems including ERP platforms
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics frameworks and reporting capabilities
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights to leadership

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in supply chain analytics, trade compliance, operations, or procurement environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VBA
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Knowledge of data modeling and DAX
- Experience working with SQL and understanding of ETL concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Exposure to Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in supply chain or manufacturing
- Experience working with advanced analytics tools or automation frameworks
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities in analytics workflows
