Electrolux is seeking a Supplier Quality Tech for their Springfield, TN facility. This full-time, on-site position focuses on improving manufacturing and quality processes, facilitating problem-solving with cross-functional teams, and generating reports on supplier defects. A High School diploma/GED and 3-5 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, are required.

Ansvarsområden

Trains employees to follow standard work and understand JDS's.
Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.
Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams.
Coordinate with SQE’s on containment initiatives and product releases.
Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment Activities.

Krav

High School diploma/GED.
3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.
Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
Able to stand much of the shift to perform duties.
