Autoliv is looking for a Supplier Quality Senior Engineer in Chonburi, Thailand. This role involves actively participating in new component sourcing, development, and ensuring supplier quality through processes like APQP and PPAP. The position supports the global mission of saving lives by maintaining high standards in automotive safety systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Actively involved in new component sourcing and development process.
  • Involved in the TFC and CTS process with Purchasing, Engineering and Suppliers.
  • Involved in CLD definition together with Project Buyer and Engineering.
  • Owner of SQP (APQP) and define SQP tasks with suppliers.
  • Follow up completion of SQP tasks in terms of timing and quality.
  • Participate in supplier production trial runs and Run at Rate per CLD.
  • Perform audits and PFMEA go and see as applicable for new projects.
  • Responsibility to create ALISQI (eDAR) and implementation of ALVS412.
  • Owner of the PPAP approval.
  • Escalate SQP delays / deviations.
  • Actively connected with APDS and AS007 project teams.
  • Owner of SQP / PPAP for serial changes and replacement tools.
  • Support other divisions in terms of supplier onsite project activities.
  • Involved with NCMs for the first 90 days after Autoliv SOP.
  • Keep SQP information updated on Visual board and PLM system.

Krav

  • Reference to Autoliv Quality Organization Role & Responsibilities global standard.
  • Supplier Quality Engineer role and main task (External Supplier).
  • Experience with APQP and PPAP processes.
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards.
  • Ability to perform audits and PFMEA.
  • Experience with NCMs.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in a Quality role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Autoliv's internal systems (ALISQI, PLM, AS standards) is a plus.
