Ansvarsområden
- Leading supplier development projects
- Qualifying suppliers, including capacity assessment and initial audits
- Leading cross-functional teams for product and process qualifications (PPQ)
- Handling deviations through containment, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions
- Risk mitigation activities and follow-up on effectiveness
- Supporting suppliers in following the client's Quality Management process
- Monitoring supplier quality performance and initiating improvement programs
- Planning and performing regular supplier audits
- Proactive collaboration with global teams and internal customers
- Reporting and follow-up of supplier performance
Krav
- Experience in machining, castings, coating, forging, or welding (advantageous)
- Technical profile with experience in R&D or production engineering (highly advantageous)
- Experience in project management (advantageous)
- Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
- Swedish knowledge (highly advantageous)
- Knowledge of quality methods such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and process management
- Experience in reporting and following up supplier performance
- Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize
- Result-oriented, structured, with an understanding of commercial relations
- Good communication skills and strong leadership qualities
- Willingness to travel
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience within machining, castings, coating, forging or welding
