Autoliv seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer in Brazil to ensure supplier quality performance through audits, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, experience in quality engineering, and advanced English skills.

Ansvarsområden

Performing supplier audits according to established schedules and quality standards.
Evaluating the robustness and effectiveness of supplier corrective action plans.
Validating implemented actions at supplier facilities and ensuring systemic application of solutions.
Supporting problem-solving activities and Jidoka initiatives from issue detection through resolution.
Monitoring supplier quality performance and driving continuous improvement programs.
Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to reduce quality issues and customer claims.
Interpreting and applying technical standards, Autoliv requirements, and customer specifications.
Utilizing quality and business systems including L2L, JDE, PLM, GCWin, ManIT, Newton, and GoSeeFix databases.
Supporting production and quality activities while promoting Quality, Safety, Environmental, and 5S standards.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systemic approach.
Ability to interpret technical standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
