I korthet

Tetra Pak is seeking a Supplier Manager to oversee global suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing sourcing activities, supplier assessments, and contract negotiations. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain, with specific experience in the end-to-end procurement lifecycle and using various SAP and collaboration tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee Tetra Pak suppliers and internal stakeholders globally.
  • Manage several Tetra Pak suppliers and projects, participating in Global Purchasing Categories.
  • Represent Supplier Management in cross-functional projects.
  • Execute sourcing activities and deliver components for production and customer projects.
  • Implement supplier strategy in line with Tetra Pak policies.
  • Drive supplier assessment, validation, and selection.
  • Lead and manage contracting and negotiation activities with suppliers.
  • Manage overall supplier base relationships.
  • Execute ongoing analysis of costs/spending.

Krav

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering Management), or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain.
  • Work experience in End to End Procurement Lifecycle.
  • Work experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) including supplier collaboration, performance tracking, spend analysis and negotiation history using SAP Ariba.
  • Work experience in participating in contract negotiation and management using SAP Ariba, Power BI, and Docusign.
  • Work experience in Category or Strategic Sourcing.
  • Work experience in presenting business status/changes/updates cross-functionally using PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
  • Work experience in using ERP System SAP.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week.
  • 25% domestic travel, potential for international travel.

  • Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $119,163.00 to $144,000.00.
  • Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
